YAY Games AMA Recap 2.0

In the last weeks, we’ve held a series of Ask Me Anything (AMAs) on multiple Telegram chats. We addressed numerous questions with our CEO regarding the project and what the future holds for us.

We were happy to see our community growing as we have received immense engagement from all communities, counting over 65,000 attendees in the live events.

This article will go over thirteen questions that we find relevant and failed to be mentioned in our previous AMA.

Q.1.How has the experience and background of your team been influential in the success of your project so far?

A.1. Our team is divided into gaming experts with 10+ years of experience in successful game launching, and crypto experts with 7+ years of experience and with several successful crypto projects.

Therefore, we have the perfect mix of experts to develop a successful decentralized gaming platform. Our founders have been involved in crypto since 2011, and in 2013 started developing one of the first fiat-to-crypto on-ramps with Visa/Mastercard.

Q.2. What are the main features that distinguish you from other projects, and what competitive advantages do you have?

A.2. I would say that what distinguishes us from others is that our game mining mechanics are quite unique and advanced. And we allow users to earn in many different ways, which have not been seen before in the market

There will be the following game mining schemes:

• Mining based on ranking — i.e. Top-10 will mine 5'000 YAY per day
• Mining based on number of games played — i.e. 100 games unlock 1'000 YAY
• Social Mining — i.e. Inviting/challenging/sharing results on social media — i.e. 100 YAY mined per each sharing
• In-game Mining — i.e. Achieve certain results within the game and unlock YAY and/or NFTs
• Tournaments — Play with others and the winners earn YAY

To make this mining scheme sustainable there will be a loyalty program that works in symbiosis with the Game Mining, eliminating the risk of bot usage to earn free tokens and/or create multiple wallets.

Lastly, our UX/UI interface will be very smooth and easy to use, allowing everyone to have a nice experience regardless of their previous crypto/defi background. All games will be in-browser. Therefore, users won’t have to download anything to their computers.

Q.5. Is this platform suitable for Crypto beginners? Or does it only appeal to professional users?

A.5. The platform will have an extremely easy-to-use interface. Moreover, we will have guides and videos to help newcomers. The process will be very simple, just connect, play, and earn crypto.

Q.6. I want to have a long-term investment in this project, but I’m in doubt right now. How can Yay Games convince and assure me this project is SAFE and PROFITABLE?

A.6. $YAY is designed to be a long-term investment. The system will work in a way that all the users will be more motivated to hold for a long time rather than selling. By holding, users will have a much higher number of advantages and rewards within the games.

Due to our limited supply and burning mechanics, we incentivize users to hold, consequently improving price performance.

Q.7.At this moment, which one the most Necessary for your project:

And why?

A.7. The community is and will always be the core of the project. We are committed to give our players what they want and become the most reliable platform for decentralized gaming. If our community is happy and enjoying the gaming experience, everything else will come naturally.

Q.8.What’s your long-term vision about the industry you are working on. Are you afraid that better technology will arise that will topple YAY Games?

A.8. We are thinking very long-term for this project, and we see that the next big things are VR and RPG Games. So our team is already making a preliminary approach on how to fuse DEFI + VR + GAME MINING

This will be a huge market when it takes off, and YAY Games will be leading that front before it even starts.

Q.9. Could you share a bit about security and what benefits you provide to incentivize users to choose your platform?

A.9. We take security very seriously. Therefore, we hired top developers to make sure that the smart contracts and platform are solid. Moreover, all our smart contracts will be properly audited by various parties to ensure their stability.

Q.10. A big problem for a lot of Defi projects seems to be that when farming starts, the price goes down. Because people unload to put liquidity into the farm, will there be an incentive to hold and not just farm and dump?

A.10. Before we launched the project, one of the main priorities was how to make sure our token price would be stable and scalable. Therefore, to start, we will only have Game Mining combined with a loyalty program, which means that only users willing to hold $YAY for a long time will have significant rewards. Thus, that will prevent us from people who just come for free tokens and dump them on the market.

Q.11 Can you briefly introduce the YAY Games project? What are some of $YAY utilities, and how do you think you stand out among the competition?

A.11. Sure!

YAY is a decentralized gaming marketplace designed for gamers, traders, and farmers. We utilize gaming as a vehicle to promote DeFi to wider audiences and younger generations.

We are a gaming marketplace platform that introduces multiple games in a decentralized manner. We use blockchain technology to bridge the gap between games and decentralized finance, bringing the nascent e-sports and blockchain technologies closer to one another.

We bring the regular gamer into the blockchain by adding innovative in-game mining mechanics, farming pools, loyalty programs, and non-fungible tokens to a wide range of games. Thus, rewarding the user based on the number of games played, achievements accomplished, tournaments, and more.

Q.12. How can I trust the project?

A.12. Our project can be trusted because our team has already launched successful projects in the space which are more than seven years old and fully regulated accordingly.

Moreover, our leading investors are very well-known in the space, and they know our team for years. Therefore, we are already a reputable team within the sphere and other tier-1 exchanges, funds, and VCs, and full trust in us.

Once the private sale is over, we will disclose the main investors backing the project.

Q.13. A big problem for a lot of DeFi projects seems to be that when farming starts the token price goes down, as people stake them in order to add liquidity to the pools. Will there be an incentive to hold and not just farm and dump?

A.13. We have been extremely careful with planning out our launch. Our tokenomics are designed to prevent dumping by ensuring vesting periods at every stage of the fundraising process. We have also been very careful with picking our investors and have only provided allocation to those who intend to hold for the long term. When it comes to gamers, we have loyalty incentive programs that reward those who hold tokens and allow for further profits.
