Bold Point Q1 Milestones in Detail

The support from our dear community has been overwhelming during the past few months. Now that the release of $BPT is nearing, we want to highlight some of the main traits that the team is currently working on.

While challenging times await us, the team is feeling thrilled for the current year and we couldn’t be happier for all we have in store! In the following article we will detail all our plans for the upcoming quarter, as well as, award you with some surprises related to the actual gameplay and releases.

Q1 2022 — Alpha release and Decentralized Exchange listing

While the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of Bold Point is already out for close partners and influencers in December 2021. Our team wants to start the year by gifting our community with the opportunity to try the early stage of the game. Thus, the MVP will be live for everyone starting for next week, where users will be able to try the “ghost” and also to jump into multiple quests, building up their character accordingly.

We will deploy the Beta Version of the game after the above-mentioned release, where multiple other in-game features will be ready to use. The goal will be to gather feedback from the community and enhance the gaming experience for the full release later this year.

Among the most prominent events for this quarter, we’re planning $BPT Initial Decentralized Offering (IDO) on Tier 1 Launchpads and Decentralized Exchange listing.

Furthermore, next week ou NFT marketplace will be released, be ready to check all the possible in-game items shortly! There will be two types of NFTs (ERC-721, and ERC-1155 standard) available on the marketplace.

Both items tend to fulfill the needs of two types of players: those who don’t have much time to play a game but have enough resources and those who have plenty of time but lack resources.

But that’s not all. YAY Games’ NFT marketplace will not be just a tool to support Bold Point.

By using $YAY on any NFT Marketplace connected to ours, users will buy third-party NFTs at lower prices. Thus, users will benefit from a discount fee for any purchase made on a unilateral connected Marketplace (other EVM compatible Blockchains included).

During the following months, we will be releasing the following in-game features:

1. Character generator:

• 1 model, man, caucasian type
• 3–5 settings for each body part (eyes, head, nose, mouth, ears, body type athleticism, height, skin color, beard, hairs on the skull)

2. Troops recruitment:

• UI purchase windows
• Purchase and recovery prices* (economy piece)
• Troop icons
• Your squad screen with parameters and restore button*

3. PvE Battles:

• 3 soldiers models + 1 hero
• Animations for all models (damage, death, attack, idle)
• Additional hero animations (running)
• VFX attacks, death, damage
• Combat logic (ammo, victory/defeat conditions, content and unit interaction implementation, creation of a unit with its parameters)
• Victory screen UI, rewards icons
• Determining the amount of the reward for victory/defeat (economy piece)

4. Interactive Tutorial:

• Tunneled steps showing core gameplay, detailing every feature and perk of the game in order to get every user ready to enjoy his journey through the unknown lands

*replenishment- a mechanic that makes players spend resources to maintain forces’ combat effectiveness level
